Delivery
After that we reecieve your order we will ship it Monday-Friday (if payment has been received in full). The delivery times on the product page serve as a guide and cannot be influenced by us. Please note that delivery times may vary, particularly for DHL/Postal Service.
All our products are delivered with DHL. If you are unable to accept the package at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a message card and you can pick up the package at a branch. We would not recommend delivery to a Packstation due to the fact that the products spoil quickly. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the delivery.
Delivery costs
The delivery costs depend on the value of the goods and the delivery address in your shopping basket.
We calculate the delivery cost as below:
- Within Germany
we will ship your order within Germany for 4,95€ (excl. 19% VAT).
from 50,00€ value we will ship your order within Germany free of charge.
- Within EU (out of Germany)
we will ship your order within European Union (resp. out of Germany) for 25,00€ (excl. 19% VAT).
- Out of Europa Union
we are not shipping orders outside European Union.
